The data controller is the entity that determines the purposes and means of processing personal data. The Company is the data controller when processing your personal data via the Site.

5. HOW LONG IS PERSONAL DATA RETAINED?

In general, the Company retains personal data for limited periods that are proportionate to the purposes for which they were processed. You have the right to request deletion, as defined below.

After these periods, personal data will be archived and then deleted in accordance with applicable legislation.

Some of the personal data we process may be shared with our rental booking service provider, Le Collectionist (https://www.lecollectionist.com/fr/location-luxe/chalet-ukiyo-chamonix), and the provider responsible for hosting the Site.

If we transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area through our recipients, we are committed to preserving your data protection rights, in accordance with adequacy decisions.
